2. Service Quality Guarantee

All of our services are guaranteed to be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. If you identify any issues with our work within the warranty period, we will address them at no additional cost.

Warranty periods vary by service type:

  • TV Mounting: 1-3 years depending on package selected
  • Repair Services: 1 year on all parts and labor
  • Activation & Setup: 30 days free support

3. Warranty Coverage

Our warranties cover defects in workmanship and materials. Warranties include:

  • Free repair or reinstallation if installation fails prematurely
  • Free replacement of parts that fail due to defects
  • Professional support for issues caused by our service

4. What Is NOT Covered by Warranty

Warranties do not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear or aging
  • Accidental damage or misuse
  • Damage from environmental factors (humidity, temperature, power surges)
  • Modifications made by customer or third parties
  • Damage from improper maintenance
  • Issues with customer's internet or network connection
  • Manufacturer defects in the TV itself
  • Water damage or exposure to liquids
  • Cosmetic damage to walls or fixtures

5. Service Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Customer (24+ hours before appointment):

Full refund of any deposits or prepayment.

Cancellation by Customer (Less than 24 hours):

Cancellation fee of 25% of service cost applies. This fee compensates for reserved time and resources.

Cancellation by WatchMyTVCode:

Full refund of any payment, no penalties.

6. Refund for Services Not Rendered

If WatchMyTVCode is unable to complete a scheduled service due to circumstances within our control, you will receive:

  • Full refund of service payment
  • Rescheduling at no additional cost
  • Priority scheduling for future appointment

7. Customer-Caused Access Issues

If we arrive for a scheduled appointment and cannot gain access to the service location due to customer issues:

  • A service call fee of $50 will apply
  • We will reschedule service at the next available time
  • Additional fees may apply if access issues require multiple visits

8. Dissatisfaction with Work Quality

If you are not satisfied with the quality of our work:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of service completion
  2. Provide specific details about issues or concerns
  3. Allow us opportunity to inspect and address issues
  4. We will make corrections at no additional charge within warranty period

If issues cannot be resolved to mutual satisfaction, we may offer partial refund based on the extent of the work completed.

9. Partial Service Completion

If service cannot be completed as originally planned:

  • You will be informed of the issue before additional work begins
  • You may choose to proceed with adjusted service
  • Pricing will be adjusted to reflect actual work completed
  • Refunds will be issued for services not completed

10. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days:

  • Original payment method will be used
  • Credit card refunds may take 3-5 business days to appear
  • Cash refunds issued immediately when possible
  • Refund confirmation will be provided via email

11. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or warranty service:

  1. Contact us within the applicable timeframe
  2. Provide your order/service number and description of issue
  3. Submit photos or documentation if applicable
  4. Wait for response and inspection if necessary
  5. Refund will be issued upon approval
